"Towards a Secular Morality" - This is a chapter developed for "The Backslider's Guide To
Success" that was chopped fairly early on in the editing process.
It talks about some important issues but is very rough and ready.
Its main merit is that it will hopefully provoke others into writing better material
that will replace it
